ePayments without Cards !!

Dear Ibrahim, Khartoum FM 89,
May I have more information on mode of payment from Sudan that would have been use instead of electronic payment.
Your advise is highly needed because some agencies do not accept non-electronic mode of payment, and consequently I lose many chances of my participation here or there.

Thank you for calling me on the show, and for sending this email.
Unfortunately the USA embargo put us in a bad situation regarding electronic payments. We can not use any international cards.
I told you about our national card system SUDAPAN, but it wont help you much because it only works with the ABC network in Egypt.. Therefore it is not international.
There is a way for sending small transfers, either through banks or through exchange companies. The bank charges are usually higher than an exchange company.
So next time you wish to participate in something ask them (via email) how can you make payment to them via an exchange company?
